Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, and we understand that unexpected events may affect travel plans. Below is our official policy for tour bookings and flight tickets.

You are entitled to cancel your tour booking at any time before arriving in Socotra without providing a reason.

• If you have already transferred the tour fee, you are entitled to a full refund before arrival, with the transfer fees deducted. However, once you arrive on Socotra Island, we become responsible to the authorities for your stay until your departure.
• If cancellation occurs after arriving on Socotra Island within the first day, 25% of the tour fee will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
• If cancellation happens later, the company will calculate costs based on the number of days spent.

To cancel your tour booking, please inform us through one of the following methods:

• Flight dates can be changed up to 5 days before departure with a change fee of $10 per one-way ticket.
• If the change request is made after this period, it will be considered a No-Show, resulting in additional charges.
• In case of flight cancellation or No-Show, 25% of the ticket value will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
• It is recommended to cancel your flight booking as early as possible to avoid additional charges or ticket forfeiture.
• Passengers may be required to pay the fare difference if seats in the originally booked fare class are unavailable on the new travel date.

• Flight rescheduling for Abu Dhabi flights depends on the booking company’s policy.
• Change fees may apply, and rescheduling options vary based on availability.
• In some cases, negotiations with the airline may be possible for date changes.
• Refunds for Abu Dhabi flights are usually not available. However, change fees apply, and negotiations with the airline may be possible in some cases.

• Any non-refundable third-party fees already paid or confirmed on your behalf will remain payable if you cancel your trip.
• If your trip is cancelled after these fees have been processed, including due to an airline cancellation, the applicable charges will remain payable.

• All changes and cancellations are subject to availability and the applicable policies at the time of request.
• Any modifications or cancellations must be processed through our official channels to ensure smooth handling.
• Passengers are responsible for reviewing their flight schedules and confirming booking details in advance to avoid unnecessary fees.
