Position Overview: We are looking for a Remote Client Relationship & Marketing Coordinator to manage and nurture our client relationships while implementing effective marketing strategies to drive sales and promote our travel services. This position is entirely remote, meaning there will be no office presence or fixed working hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the travel industry, excellent communication skills in English, and experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot). Additionally, proficiency in social media marketing is highly recommended.
Responsibilities:
- Track and fulfill requests received through all channels including but not limited to emails, WhatsApp and social media.
- Assist prospective customers in the reservation of their tour.
- Be responsible for managing Reservation inquiries for both Groups and Individual travelers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients to promote our travel services and generate new business leads.
- Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Tiktok.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
- Utilize CRM system (HubSpot) to track client interactions, manage sales pipelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in social media marketing.
- Proficiency in Emails and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of travel industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.
- Must own a computer and have a reliable internet connection.
